including those in Japan, Africa, the UK or Brasil.

Brian has single-handedly built essentially all of Tamashii's musical instruments, including our 8 chu-daiko, 4 oke-do, several shime, all of our bachi, and his opus magnum, our o-daiko. In addition to being our Equipment and Transport Manager, Brian is the founder of Tamashii and has composed a number of our songs including Asahi (sunrise), and Taiko no Hime (taiko princess). Brian is a Shodan in Aikido , and he frequently adapts Aikido movements into his unique taiko playing style. |
