Tamashii's Music

Our music is a mix of traditional Japanese taiko pieces, with a few modern performance pieces, and several songs of our own composition.

We favor powerful pieces, which demand strength and endurance to play, with an equal emphasis on rhythm and movement.

How to Get Tamashii Recordings

Taiko drumming must be seen as well as heard to be fully appreciated, so Tamashii is primarily a live performance group.

However we do get regular requests for martial arts music for martial arts dojo gradings, MMA fight entrances, and for use in video/anime/tv soundtracks.
